Red Fox Inn Bookstore

Open seasonally, the Red Fox Inn Bookstore is in the tiny village of Horton Bay (pop. 512) which can be read about in Ernest Hemingway’s “The Last Good Country.” Local personal knowledge brings the Hemingway history to life. Petoskey stones and shirts celebrating the local community available, too. Listed as a stop in the Michigan Hemingway Society’s brochure, “Hemingway’s Michigan.”
