On the Water in the Petoskey Area
The Petoskey Area is surrounded by water as it lies along the Lake Michigan coastline. It is also home to several inland lakes and the Inland Waterway in Alanson. Lake Michigan is the setting for Petoskey’s million-dollar sunsets as well. Boyne City is home to the beautiful Lake Charlevoix and all the water activities that come with that. Check out the Little Traverse Bay Ferry in the summer and early fall for a cruise around the bay with stops in Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Bay Harbor.
