Old Baldy Trail

This trail is located in Petoskey State Park in Michigan’s northern Lower Peninsula. This short 0.5-mile loop features a wooden set of stairs that leads up to a viewing platform through a wooded dune. With beautiful views along the way. The trailhead begins opposite the Camper’s Registration Office near the entrance of the Dunes Campground.

Biking is not permitted on this trail; dogs are permitted on a leash. In the winter this trail can be used for snowshoeing.

Plan to stop by Petoskey Brewing afterward for a celebratory pint! (just down the road)
