At Burnt Marshmallow Brewing they strive to make beer unlike any other, using ingredients grown on their 190 acre farm, Rudbeckia Farm, and by using other local resources. Enjoy an unconventionally handcrafted beer from one of our seven rotating taps. Their Brewer brings nearly a decade of award-winning brewing experience to this small but mighty brewhouse to turn out adventurous/experimental brews and push the envelope on our creative endeavors. They are the only Brewery, Winery and Distillery in northern Michigan.
