Bear River Valley Recreation Area – Winter

A wonderful amenity in Petoskey, the Bear River Valley Recreation Area touts a 1.5 mile path along the beautiful Bear River. Cross-country ski or snowshoe then walk into town for coffee, hot chocolate or a visit to one of the local pubs or brewery.

In the warmer months, the Bear River Valley Recreation Area area is popular for walking, biking and birding.
