The Vault at City Park Grill

Step inside Vault 432… and see if you have what it takes to endure the wasteland.

Something has been stirring beneath the surface at City Park Grill. Built quietly in an imagined wasteland territory and designed for those who appreciate grit with their flavor, Vault 432 is ready to open its doors.

On Saturday, March 7, guests are invited to step into an immersive five-course post-apocalyptic dinner experience, inspired by Fallout, the video game series and T.V show.

Doors open at 6:30 PM
Five courses: $45 (or, in the Fallout world, 45 caps)

Seats are limited, and once the door closes, that’s it.

A Menu Built for Survivors

The five-course menu was created in collaboration with City Park Grill’s kitchen manager Nick Platt, drawing inspiration from the idea of elevated scavenged ingredients and animals from Fallout. Each course nods to the art of survival, making something memorable from what you find. The result is a menu that is hearty, playful, and just a little bold.

Appetizers
Gator Claw Skewer: alligator tail with creole remoulade
Cram Pocket: panko-fried spam with a mirelurk-inspired shrimp cream sauce

Soup
Wastelander’s Forager Soup: leeks, mushrooms, and cream

Entrée
Braised Deathclaw Brisket with razor-grain corn risotto

Dessert
Sugar Bomb Brownie with vanilla ice cream and red-berry sauce.

Each dish reflects the spirit of the wasteland. Resourceful, comforting, and unexpectedly refined.

Dress the Part

Guests are encouraged (but not required) to dress as their favorite post-apocalyptic character. Vault dwellers, wanderers, raiders, and survivors are all welcome. Think 1950s retro-futurism meets the apocalypse.

Amanda herself is still finalizing her look. With so many ideas in mind, she may ultimately channel Lucy from the show, tying everything together while staying true to the Fallout aesthetic.

Several staff members are also longtime Fallout fans, including General Manager Daniel Gosiak.
