Palette Bistro presents a South African Wine Dinner with Babylonstoren. This six-course wine dinner prepared by Scott Wiltjer, Chef de Cuisine includes featured courses: Oyster, Grilled Octopus, Grilled Quail, Charcuterie, Braised Beef “Bunny Chow” and Chocolate Tart. Special guest, Nadine Maruszczak, of Babylonstoren will guide guests through five perfect pairings.
