Join PALETTE BISTRO for a journey through the flavors of Sicily at the Sicilian Wine Dinner with Tenuta Regaleali on Thursday, March 6 at 6:30pm. Chef de Cuisine Scott Wiltjer has crafted an exquisite five-course menu featuring: Amuse-bouche, Prawns, Past alla Norma, Arancini and Beef Braciole. Jodi Holden of Trinchero Family Estates will present five expertly paired wines from Tenuta Regaleali. Each dish highlights the rich culinary traditions of Sicily, complemented by carefully selected wines from the Regaleali estate

“In 1830 the Tasca brothers bought the Tenuta Regaleali, an island green in the center of Sicily in the County of Sclafani. Since then, generation after generation, the Tasca family d’Almerita preserves this territory by sharing it with passion its fruits.”
