Learn how to make a Perfect Pie at this workshop at Lavender Hill Farm! Suzie has been the owner of Suzie’s Pies LLC for over 25 years. Now semi-retired, Suzie enjoys teaching others how to make her perfect pie crust and various fillings so they can enjoy their own “Perfect Pies”.
In this class, Suzie will demonstrate how to make and roll out your own pie crust. Next, we will make the filling and assemble your special mini pies and put them in the oven to bake for you to take home! All materials and step-by-step instructions will be provided.
