Meet at Section 8 Trailhead
10498 N. Lake Shore Drive, Levering, MI 49718, (Corner of Lakeview Road and N. Lake Shore Drive) then drive (spot) cars to Goose Pond in Wilderness State Park. Hike back to Lakeview Parking lot.

Trail Description
Part of this trail follows Wilderness Park Trails, Swampline, and Sturgeon Bay Trail. Wilderness Park marks trail intersections. Then the trail goes along many ponds, through Lake Michigan forested sand dunes, a swamp, and pine and hardwood forest. All of this section is within Wilderness State Park, and Park rules apply.
Note: There are two Sturgeon Bay Trails. One is a county road which goes between Pleasantview Road and North Lakeshore Drive. The other is a trail within Wilderness State Park.
