Mostly Spanish Wine Dinner with Trinchero Family Estates

Thursday, December 14 | 6:30pm

Take the chill off an evening in December and savor Spanish flavors
with Palette Bistro’s “Mostly Spanish Wine Dinner with Trinchero Family
Estates” five-course wine dinner. Prepared by Aaron Kullik, Sous Chef,
featured courses include Grilled Peach Salad, Marinated Manchego,
Chicken & Saffron Rice, Rabo de Toro and Leche Frita. Special guest,
Scott Stubbs of Trinchero Family Estates will guide guests through five perfectly paired wines.

Trinchero Family Estates History (according to the Trinchero Family Estates website):

“Trinchero Family Estates was born from unwavering fortitude and a
bit of good fortune. Over 70 years ago, when Italian immigrant Mario
Trinchero left New York City in search of a better life for his family
in Napa Valley, no one could have predicted the unprecedented success
that followed. From the world’s first-ever White Zinfandel to some of
the most-sought after vineyards in Napa to a portfolio of more than 50
global wine and spirits brands, the Trinchero Family Estates of today is
an enduring symbol of the American Dream.”
