Dr. Timothy Jay Pickett is a composer, music theorist, jazz pianist, vocalist, and trumpeter. He has a doctorate in classical composition from the University of British Columbia, along with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music from the New England Conservatory of Music. His musical style consists of classical compositional techniques integrated with jazz and Latin music.
