GLCO Presents Windover Piano Duo

Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra presents the Windover Piano Duo

On Sunday, May 17 at 4 PM, Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra will present the Windover Piano Duo as part of their Sunday Series, featuring small chamber ensembles performing free of charge in community venues across northern Michigan. The free concert will take place at the First Presbyterian Church in Harbor Springs. 

Windover’s 4-Hand Piano Duo features Michigan concert pianists Ellen Kendall and Susan Wheatley performing “popular classics” for one piano 4-hands and specialize in presenting the music of women composers as well as standard repertoire for piano duets and two pianos. 

The program will take listeners on a chronological journey through musical periods and styles, from ‘Classical Canons’ to ‘Romantic Soundscapes’ and ‘20th Century Salon & Cabaret’.
