Each month from June through November, guests can gather for a multi-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Tony McCaslin — each menu inspired by the full moon overhead and the season it carries. From summer’s Strawberry Moon to fall’s Hunter Moon, every dinner is a distinct culinary moment, with optional sommelier-selected wine pairings available. Dinners are held at Bay Harbor Golf Club (June–September) and Inn at Bay Harbor (October–November). Seating is limited.
