Join Headlands International Dark Sky Park for an educational talk on July 23rd at 8 PM. Modern professional astronomers often overlook constellation names with coordinates and computerized instruments. But to amateurs and those with a knack for folklore the constellations are a fun and useful guide for finding your way around the Milky Way. We’ll also answer a fundamental question; Which way is up? Some lucky young people will win a free desktop telescope or an astronomy guide as a door prize.
