Originally a food truck at The Back Lot in Petoskey, Happy’s Taco Shop has now established a brick-and-mortar storefront to dine in or carry out. Try a taco variety or two and choose from: crispy shrimp, chopped beef & cheese, smoked potato (yum!), chilaquiles, or a street taco with your choice of pork, beef, or smashed pinto beans.
