Join Lavender Hill Farm for an exciting evening at their Cocktail 101 Workshop on Wednesday, June 21st.  Learn how to prepare fun and creative cocktails for your next party with the guidance of expert bartender-mixologist Mike Dunlop.  Guests will learn the bar basics, how to use simple syrups, and why bartenders create and make cocktails the way they do.  Make your next gathering a breeze and wow your family & friends with creative new mixology tips and tricks. Participants will sample the cocktails and take-home recipes and a tasty, bottled cocktail to go!
