Beginning September 4 through Saturday, September 7th, local arts organizations Crooked Tree Arts Center, Blissfest Music Organization, Lavender Hill Farm, and Great Lakes Center for the Arts are joining together with the Petoskey Area Visitor’s Bureau to present the 2nd Annual Bluegrass by the Bay.
