Join Pond Hill Farm for a Farm-to-Table Wine Tasting Dinner on January 25th at 7 PM.

Dinner is a seven-course dining experience paired with our estate-grown wines.
7 pm on Wednesday, January 25th. Please plan to arrive at 6:45 PM.
Includes dinner, wine, tax, and gratuity.
Dietary restrictions are not permitted at this dinner.
Chef & Farmer Chris DiNello Bio
Chef Chris DiNello is showcasing his unique talents in both gourmet cuisine and organic farming to create an authentic farm-to-table dining experience. As an Executive Chef and Farm Production Manager at Pond Hill Farm, Chef Chris will be preparing on-farm grown and raised ingredients as well as locally sourced produce served with Pond Hill Farms signature wines.
Chef/Farmer Chris has trained in Classical French and Provincial European cuisine. After years of culinary experience in Manhattan, NY at esteemed restaurants such as La Caravelle, Union Square Cafe, and Le Bernardin, Chris became Executive Chef and Co-owner of Alligator Soul in Historic Savannah, Ga. Chef Chris expanded his passion for fresh food and became an Organic farmer and master market gardener, starting a farm in TN with Chef and Farmer Brittney Blackshear. He now blends his passion of gourmet cooking and farming to bring to the plate the best of Pond Hill Farm and surrounding areas to create a truly memorable and unique culinary experience…true Farm to Table.
Chef Dominic Angelosante Bio
Chef Dominic Angelosante has grown up in the restaurant industry. Starting at age 7 washing dishes in his family’s restaurant in Hartland, Michigan. He trained under his father and grew up destined to become the Chef he is today.
Chef Dominic went to Les Cheneaux Culinary School. Bread baking became his primary focus for the next decade when he learned the craft of sourdough, milling grain, and cooking in wood-fired ovens. He is now our Head Chef here at Pond Hill Farm where he uses his talents to create from scratch pizza dough, amazing pizza, and more.
